Spring Bridal Editorial at the Trillium
Back in May, I had the joy of photographing a dreamy spring bridal editorial at The Trillium Venue, one of the most breathtaking venues in the Smoky Mountains. Nestled high in the mountains, The Trillium offers some of the most stunning panoramic views in the area—truly the perfect backdrop for a romantic bridal shoot. This editorial featured a solo bridal model in two beautiful looks, surrounded by soft, whimsical details that made the entire day feel like a spring fairytale. The color palette was inspired by a warm sunset, with tones of golden yellow, peach, and soft pink woven throughout the florals, tablescape, and even the drinks—yes, the signature cocktails had delicate flowers floating in them! The first look of the day was a soft and romantic tulle dress—classic, feminine, and perfect for a spring or summer bride. The second look brought the drama, featuring a voluminous floral-printed gown with statement sleeves that was such a fun contrast to photograph. Between the sunshine, the views, and the floral-covered archway, it truly felt like a celebration of everything beautiful about spring in the mountains.
