Thinking about a Tennessee Elopement?
If you're here, you probably know by now that a typical big wedding just isn't for you. Maybe you've been dreaming of a wedding experience that is both intimate and exhilarating, where you can promise your hearts to each other in out in the most breathtaking places in nature, either alone or surrounded by your dearest loved ones. Or maybe you feel pressured by family or friends and traditions, and you just want to escape and create a day that revolves around you and your love story. Either way, you want an intentional wedding experience, start your own traditions, go off the beaten path, and truly reflect on your love of one another. Trust me, I get how difficult it can be to make the decision to elope. If you're not sure where to start, I'm here to help.
What Exactly is an Elopement?
The word "elopement" has changed into something new over the last few years. Basically, I believe an elopement at it's core is about creating an intentionally intimate and meaningful wedding experience that truly reflects who you are together. It could be just the two of you on top of a mountain, pouring your soul out to each other with some breathtaking views, or it can be simply bringing a handful of your dearest loved ones together in your backyard to experience you two becoming one. It definitely doesn't mean you can't have any guests. To have an elopement just means to take away the focus from all production and traditional wedding expectations and create a day that centers around the love between you and your soulmate. You get to make the rules.
